After cofacosmin made me aware that it's possible to transfer tickets for the Weekly Round 2s on PokerStars, I've had an idea...
I will play as many of the freeroll round 1s as I can, with the aim of winning at least 2 tickets per week so I can play in both the Saturday and Sunday round 2s. Once I have won 2, I will continue to play them and will give away any tickets over 2 per week every Friday to any Mobsters who want them...
If you want a ticket, let me know your PokerStars ID and if I have say 4 spare tickets by Friday, I will send to the first 4 that asked. All I ask of anyone who gets one is that if they win any cash from the Round 2, that they do something with it to benefit the community... Now that doesn't mean that you need to give the money away or anything like that - maybe just start a blog about how you're using the money.... whatever you like basically, just use your imagination
After the ticket I sent to cofacosmin yesterday, I have 1 ticket remaining - so the first ticket I win will be for the Sunday round 2 and any other tickets I win from now till Friday will be spare.

Was only 100 or so to go, and that would've put me in 9th place.... oh well.
Wonder when they changed their policy. Have inquired in the past...support told me in an email the tickets don't expire and they're not transferable. Did you have to give special instructions to do the transfer?

Hm....you have so much time to play a lot freeroll . Since you won a lot ticket indicate you have good skill, why not play more serious with buy in MTT, low or middle buy in ? It's will better for you, I think

Email support with your user name, the person you are sending to's user name and how many tickets you want to send... takes around an hour for them to do it.

yeah pretty new stuff for me too. didn't think tickets are transferable, i wonder does this go only for round 2 tickets or can u transfer any ticket u wish (this way you can save on the conversion from T money into $, not much- but it still all adds up in the long run). anyone tried that?

Tiger... you're next on the list after demo - a 50/50 share is not necessary - any winnings are yours to keep
pochui - pretty sure you can trade any ticket in the same way, but not T$ as there is a special trade thing for them.
Serpang - thank you for your kind words... I have played many MTTs in the past with pretty good results, and will do so again once I've built my bankroll up to a decent amount. At the moment, I'm enjoying the challenge of making a roll from nothing.

The offer made here is a good one and shows the spirit of this forum. If and when you get a ticket and after playing with it, dont forget to return some of the favor if you get paid

Wow!!! That was fast! Ticket received...!!!
I'll most likely use it in the Saturday tourney...but I can't chat with anybody as PokerStars has blocked my chat until July 1st for repeatedly swearing at a couple of idiot bingo queens for ruining a tourney with the constant all in, all in, all in, all in.....
Thanks again you.... if I win any serious cash,.... I'll come up with something nice to do for someone else,...like buy them into a tourney or something....
