You will need to send and email to both support's galla and BRM probably to get this fixed. It seems you have made some kind of mistake while signing up for the bonus.

i think you might have give them your nick name not your user name. username is like gar11264623 or something like that have a look in you firs email from gala poker you user name will be there then copy past it good luck with your problem
