Three days wait is nothing. Its way pretty normal and even more time than that. There may be some delays since its summer holidays season and always at this time of year the pace is slower.

Just as a general rule you should know that in some cases the wait can be a lot longer on no deposit bonuses due to the verification procedures the poker site needs to make.
I personally waited two full weeks for a no deposit bonus on another poker site, so have patience!

So you both have waited so far 7 days, it's ot really that much if you think it's also summer time nowadays so neither BRM and the poker platform have the complete crew at work...
In max a week you should both get the bonus, maybe even faster

Things seems to move slower here at BRM,all the cash movements take at least double time as usual,only the BRM staff can tell you what is going on .Nothing to do but waiting.Good luck
