CLearly you have not met Sergie before. He is indeed exceptionally stupid. So much so he was wanted by the Russian police for attempting to smuggle vodka out of a Siberian labour camp.
it was only the quick thinking of his accomplice that prevented him being caught red handed. His colleague drank the said vodka in one go, rendering him completely incoherent. The police could not understand a word he said and duly had to let him go. It later transpired that he was in fact a Geordie from Newcastle and no one could understand him sober, let alone drunk.
