Anyone else get an email with them asking you to do a survey?
Anyway i done it, and the final question was "any other comments suggestions" so i put "stop giving donks a lucky river when I'm miles ahead." It has been really pissing me off recently, I've been ahead by like 80%, in like 80% of showdowns and they get their miracle almost every time.

Yeah I've had that problem many a time. Another thing about the break is when you've been playing like 5 hours 5 mins is barely enough time to throw something in the oven when you're starving.

In microgaming they usually have good timebanks in tournaments up to 2 minutes in most of them. It helps in situations like this when you are using it in combination with a break. But after that you only get some additional time on final tables.

i received this survey quite a few times, at first i gave them the answers hoping to get something for free in reward for my super precious time spent, but i was left disappointed... yeah i support the idea of "mega break" - really handy to visit the toilet & still have enough time for a quick snack...

i have also had these on more than one occasion but i just delete them now as you dont get rewarded for them compared to some other sites that do reward you.it should be up to them to do their own job and fix it.lol

Once I got a survey call from one Microgaming site, they asked me a couple of questions, it took like 2 minutes or something and for a reward they gave me 30 euros. That was pretty nice, had to earn some points before the cashout, but still. Pretty cool of them.

They use to do before, but now they don't need to offer us anything cause there are no more serious competition for them at the poker market. So why should they spend a penny for something, that they can get for free. We come back anyway to play at PokerStars, no matter how many bad beat we get.
