Posted by xgcsnippy: Question everyone, ran into this guy in a BRM tournament just harassing me, just wonder if he is a fellow mobster or not
name on pokerstars is Vovan773
I had to bring a moderator in to get him to stop...
unreal, btw he was thinking he is dealing with a female, i have my wifes picture for my pic on pokerstars.
Hope it is not a BRM member, one advice is to turn off the chat, so you cant be bothered with all those sad pathetic guys and play your poker and have fun.
Happens all the time since it is a freerolls and they have nothing else to do and do what they think they want!

aye, that's s**t when someone is giving you grief mate. check his name on the leaderboard and you will get his brm nick to see if he is an active member, odds are he isn't. As Heskor says just turn off chat, that'll solve it. gl at the tables.

When I play on Ipoker I usually don't care what kind of "player" they give me. There are like, I don't know, 10?, different pictures you can get, and two of them are women. So, at one site or another, I am a young woman.
One night this drunk guy starts hitting on me... I haven't said a word in the chat, and I wasn't even thinking that he sees me as a girl in a red dress.
That was bizarre...
On topic: Sounds lika an a-hole. And even if you know he is probably a bad player, since good ones seldom feel they need to do such stuff, it can actually affect ones play, since one doesn't wan't to loose against that pr*ck.
Best thing to do is, as mentioned above, turn of the chat. That way you will keep your A-game, and he will make an idiot of himself.

I find the chat just to be a distraction from my game so on pokerstars I keep it most of the time in the "info" tab to track down my position in a tournament. Now or then i do flip back to that page mostly to see who, if anyone, is starting to tilt coz of some comments. My advice is to ignore it and don't let it upset you m8. that was most definitely his plan all along and if u had to call a moderator to stop it, it means that it was working.

That's why I ignore most of them since the reply to one's comment opens the door to more. I would never put a real pic of anyone in my family on as an avatar, but you should be able to without harassment. Makes you want to have the ability to reach through the screen and bust a nose, doesn't it?
