Pay less. Do more. At Skrill we are committed to keep our fees permanently low and totally transparent so you have the freedom to send money without the restriction of costs. Payments to merchants are always free. Receiving money is always free. Sending money never costs more than 1% capped at €10.
the latest change in skrill fees, doesn't change much except increasing (if I'm correct) the cap for sending money.

I have always been under the impression that Skrill is free when you deposit to diffrerent Poker/Gambling-sites. Only fee I have ever (that I know of) been charged is when I have moved my measly winnigs back home to my own bankaccount. That has cost me like 2 or 3 $. I'm talking of deposits of like tops 1000 $.
So IMHO Skrill is still the best.
NETeller charges me 10 $ for the same thing. (At least used to.)
