ok well it says my accounts been approved , so i talked to the guy at actionpoker livehelp , and they told me too update my account information , so i did that , now im suppose to talk t oyou guys i guess , wat do i do now?????

ok well ive been waiting 6 days now , i got an email saying my account was approved 2 days ago , i talked to the live chat in action poker yesterday they told me my name was not on a 'list" and then i talked to live chat here yesterday and they said it should be in the account so they re-processing it again , and its been approved once again today and they still told me its not on a list , everyimte i talk to your staff they tell me different things , Al Bryan , some other guys now its approved for the third time and stil nothing , so can you please tell me what going on? thanks

I played the 10k too.
I got busted in the early, 1st I double up with jacks.. and next hand I get AK, but some very smart player decide to call me with Q9, floop Q9J nothing helped me and I went out.
Hope better lucky this monday on the binnions grand final

I have left the office for the day I will be back into the office in about 12 - 14 hours and i will have an answer for you then, i am sorry for the delay as you see from others on the forum we have credited the bonus very quickly.
