It all depends how many people are on your table. The odds increase of having a pocket pair when there not many players, but decrease dramatically on a full ring table. I have also been caught out with pocket pairs and stick to the 'No Set No Bet' rule after the flop when there are multiple callers

I play cash tables, I never usually have a problem with them on freerolls/MTT's. It depends on the player you play against. Had KK on the button last night so raised big to kill off the limpers and two called of course. One called with 3,10 off and of course hit two pair then a fullhouse. It happens I guess with 3,10 being the best starting hand.

Has anyone else noticed a bigger frequency of being up against a higher pocket pair then yours but the board is always dry? It is happening to me a lot lately which can get annoying as your either betting out a lot or your calling them down but it is poker, but it seems to be happening more than usual. Is this only me thinking it?
