I know I was away for awhile, but to tell the truth,( and not to be offensive to anyone), something is really lacking and missing from this forum.
Still many of the regulars here like jessthehuman, magatt,Mober, jovicakralj, mahdrof, who are always there to lend a hand and a chuckle, but I really do miss B!gfoot Islandjack, doomdy. and Flippedchips and would love to see them posting again.
BRM is just not the same.
Did I miss something while I was away or did they just stop coming by?

Agreed, we have a lot of good new regs, but I miss the flavour of the old BRM now that those members no longer frequent the forum. Often times I stop off to look at the threads and there isn't that much going on.

In five years here DLKIV has started 191 threads so she certainly helps with the spice and contributes to an interesting forum. Like she said, the forum now is still good, but the members she lists brought a lot of poker experience and fun to the forum. Look up Doomdy's results on PKR, a massively winning player and an interesting person to boot, and you will start to realize what we have lost.

hmmm I know some names that would not appreciate this list you gave as they would wonder why are not on it sure not me as I'm not really a good poster, not really good in socializing in poker forums just post my experiences with online poker after 8 years of play for beginners...
And I also miss them too, what about GeneYuss??? He was a great advisor

Agreed on all the names mentioned - they were definitely the 'good ones'. I don't think you missed anything DLKIV, I think they all just slowly disappeared. But you never know, they may come back after a longish break - quite a few of the longer-term regs have taken an extended break and eventually come back, yourself - and myself - included.
SuperNoob (one of my favourite posters) was gone for nearly 12 months I think and then came back.. So who knows!?
