just imagine how much of a laugh this will be in a few weeks for you!
however. its a classic situation with a bad trained support personel. i can teach you a trick. its only one sentence i tend to use as soon as they start repeating or make me repeat too often...
it is: "do you have a supervisor?" followed by (just in case you got a smartass answering literally): "can i talk to him?"
my results with this are pretty good (even tho i doubt it will always work) best of luck to you!

I'm also playing with a no deposit bonus on Absolute Poker. First impression : this room is crappy haha. I have the same problem as you : I don't understand how the Absolute points work.

geez what a pain in the poker ass.go with umarplus idea i like that.pker roooms are normally pretty good,but unfortunately,thanks to the russians,nooffence,russians are good at scheeming,poker rooms are putting in certain conditins with there pending bonus dollars.how long you played there a couple of months.the bonus may have lapsed,unfortunately.you dont have aloyt of points for all that time.good luck getting the money.i always thell the sites im going back to deposit my money in party poker,they dont like that and normally fix things up pretty quick.
