Hey THANKS for posting those up Peter.... I've not seen any of the big poker movies... I'll have to run them in the background one at a time and watch the best I can while playing poker...
The only poker movie thing that comes to mind is with Kenny,... Know when to hold 'em,....Know when to fold 'em....

Thx for this nice poer movie collection! Rounders is the number 1, but Shade is also verry good. Poker and vegas are good Storys for a film, but we are waiting for a new great film.

I have seen most of these films and by far and away the best was Rounders. Great film with Matt Damon particularly outstanding, but also John Malkovich was a great scary villain in it.Thanks for these links and i will sit down and enjoy Rounders again very soon

Posted by Calmplay: Do you have a clue where I can find the french version of the movie deal online???
Calmplay, your question was extremely difficult for me! After Google searching for 30 min about the french version of "The Deal" I found only french subtitles of that movie. It is very difficult to find the french version of that movie online.
Unfortunately, the mission is impossible! You should watch it in english language.
But the good news is that I found you the french version of "Rounders" (Chinta royala)
Well I also google searched to try to find the french version and gave up as it was impossible as you said but a big thanks to you as you found an interesting site ----> http://www.maniastreaming.com/ which I will have a look at. I prefer watching movies in french as it's our second main language we use here in Mauritius. English is just 4th.

The Gambler 1980
Somehow, just about everyone alive today knows the lyrics to Kenny Rogers' seminal ballad, "The Gambler," by heart. It tells the lonely tale of a jaded, burnt-out gambler offering sage advice to an eager stranger on a train bound for nowhere. In the 1980 made-for-TV movie based on the song, Kenny is actually headed to find his long lost son. Along the way, he befriends that stranger on the train and gets himself in countless predicaments and wacky situations.

G'day mates
Well I just watched to poker movie "Runner Runner"
What a horrid piece of trash. It certainly does not paint the online poker industry in a positive light. I hate movie that are supposed to be about poker and they are predominately designed to tell people in the general public that poker is bad and online poker is run by thieves and scammers. If you have not seen this movie then you are one of the lucky ones. be cool
