That could be easily solved by letting both parties send the money to a third impartial party that holds the money for them, until the HU matches are finished.
The real problem is trusting that the money will be used for the intended purpose of staking, and that any profits will be paid etc... Since no basis for trust has been established, I suppose you should not have high hopes of seeing a return better than -100%, on that $50, should Jess happen to lose the HU...

If you want to get staked, you should start with building some rep around here and perhaps if you are indeed a good player someone will back you. You shouldn't try it like this because nobody will take this seriously, if you can't afford to play now, just wait till you can and don't try to play people like this.

There's no doubt about you acting as the pay master...just one more idea...the games can be played on the play money side...one can set the filter to show the HU tables only...just did it...this way if anyone is short of funds this option offers a relatively "free" way to play the games. If anyone needs play money will send them up to 3k. The BI for 1/2 is 80-200 chips...pretty cheap, with 3k one can easily play 11 games @ a 200 BI. Either way, really want to rail this one

i had a look at play money HU tables- it seems that 100 BI is max, maybe i am not a "search master" though...if 100 BI is max, then i can open a play money table in the rigged place and those 2 hu pro's can battle it out, but they have to remember that play money action is raked too, if this is not an issue then we can go this route, if someone is against this- we can go the play money sng route...
any option pro's choose there seems to be a huge demand for railing this epic event...i'm sure this will beat november 9, ocean 11 and beverly hills 90210 by a mile
