So as we all know, there is a no deposit free spins offer on go wild casino for mobsters who did not win on the Christmas calender. Well, when i went to claim I was faced with this:
Enjoy, be outraged, but do not expect much from this site in the future.
"You are now chatting with Rebecca
Rebecca: Welcome , let me assist you in claiming your great welcome bonus
Me: Hi
Rebecca: Glad to have you with us
Me: I was promised 10 free spins on santas wild ride and 10 free spins on gift rap from bankroll mob
Rebecca: let me check that for you
Rebecca: Cool , Liam and maybe you want to combine it with a deposit deal and enjoy the spoils ?
Rebecca: May i ask why wouldn't you like to play with real cash, that's you stand a chance an actual win
Me: No thanks
Me: Have my spins been credited?
Rebecca: No because for the moment i can add them should you be interested in a deposit ON TOP of the bonus deal
Me: Not interested at all
Me: Maybe later
Rebecca: Ok have a nice day
Me: So have my spins been credited as promised?
Rebecca: I can add them only on top of a deposit, as mentioned you are not interested
Me: You will add my spins as a no deposit offer, because that is what you have advertised. Do not attempt to get money from a deposit as well. That was not part of the deal. Now if you won't credit the spins I will be filing a complaint directly against you
Rebecca: For the moment a deposit deal is available should you be interested
Me: Are you saying you have lied to us. Bankroll mob will not be pleased and I will tell every person there about this scandal. It was not a deposit offer, I repeat, this was not a deposit offer. Do put your manager on if you are in a state of confusion with this, because you are trying to scam me out of a deposit by lying to us and I will personally make sure your lies and deceit make no one on bankroll mob ever deposit on your site again. have I made myself clear?
Me: This is terrible customer support, and I cannot believe you are trying to scam me
Me: Add the spins as promised
Rebecca: I can prepare a 100% bonus and 50 free spins + the sign up bonus to have the wonderful opportunity to win big, it's the best deal
Me: It's not happening, now credit my spins because THAT is what you advertised. Now stop wasting my time.
Me: Or face the consequences because of a false advertisement
Me: I'm serious

Hello GenesiReborn,
You are very happy indeed, that you didn't receive that Go Wild bonus. Because if you won something you had to deposit, then the maximum cashout would be $50. No matter if you win $5000, they will allow you to cash out maximum $50. Plus, they have very tough wagering requirements.
This agent was very greedy. They have bonuses if someone makes a deposit. That is why, she asked you several times for deposit.
This summer I had a Go Wild bonus with 40 free spins through BankrollMob, I contacted the support and they credited me the free spins immediately. I won $3000, I contacted the Go Wild support and they explained me that I could cashout only $50 from that winning because it is a no deposit bonus. But before cashout, I had to deposit $20 and give them loads of documents (ID, Bank Account etc.)
So, I decided not to deposit and just left the site. My advice is stay away from the casino sites and don't deposit there! Just play poker! They still continue to send me promo emails with NDB of $50, but I just ignore all these casino sites!

Misunderstandings is easy to happen in such deals. You were more than demanding in the whole situation, and nothing good can come out of that on your behalf. Even if you were right about this.
Peter i have cashed out from casino sites, where i also had to deposit and to pass out the verification process after fulfilling the requirements. And im talking about no deposit bonuses. Not all sites are the same.
She also kept saying the same stuff over and over to him instead of actually trying to solve the problem. That's what her job is: solving clients issues. I agree that he was a bit rude, but I understand his reaction because incompetent or misinformed customer service can be very annoying.
Anyways, when you don't like a company's CS, best thing you can do is delete the program and move to a better one

Well the chatsupport was poor but keep in mind that
- this are just people that are doing their job - there are lot of operators that do support for several sites/custmomers - they do not always get a good training - a lot of these jobs are temporary
So let s all be happy we have TONY here , our administrator , he does not match the above

lol yup.. Ages ago I took a no-deposit casino offer on here, just to kill some time, I won over 15,000 EURO lmao.. Couldn't cash any of it though (didn't even bother trying).
That said - I never would have won it if I knew I could keep the money - because I wouldn't have risked so much.. Like I started with $25 or something and bet $5 per spin, got a bunch of free games and had about $200 and then bet $50 a spin and got the games again, ended up with about $2,000 and starting betting MAX which was something like $500 spin and I blew it up to nearly 15000E, but I never would have bet that crazy had I thought it was my money!

A month ago i won £100 off the 40 free spins on Dr watts up from BM and they tried every trick in the book to stop me from cashing out but eventually they did pay me so the site is legitimate you just have to work very hard to get what you want which is frustrating but it seems that's how alot of these casinos work.

I've seen a few of these casino no deposit offers around, i think i tried to follow one once aswell because it seemed like a really nice offer to waste a few moments but the whole process seemed kinda dodgy so i didn't go thro it.
For what i've seen many online casinos with NDB act like this.. i'm not saying everyone does but most do. Tho i think BRM will help you in this, just don't expect to be able to really withdraw any money out of it after the spins =)

Hello everyone,
My name is Oana and I am GoWild Casino’s representative for the Bankroll Mob forum. I went over the whole thread and I would like to shed some light on the situation.
First, we are fully aware of the fact that the chat between GenesiReborn and the CS representative was a poor practice of customer service and we would like to highlight that such practice does not represent the level of quality standards we aspire to provide our clients. We will take all the necessary steps to make sure this will not happen again.
I would also like to mention that right after the chat, when the CSR realized that the player is actually eligible for this offer and acknowledged the mishap he added the sign up offer immediately. A notification email was sent to GenesiReborn few moments later, the offer was received and played.
If you have any further questions please feel free to send me a PM or email me at oanav[at]gowildgaming.com and I will gladly assist.
