Just wondering what everyone's thoughts on ipoker software is?
My main Poker place I have been using for the last year has upgraded(Downgraded?) to this. I have played on sites that use ipoker before but never for that long so wanted to see if I should stay if it's decent enough or clear my bonus and just withdraw my bankroll. Don't like the cheap look and feel of it either and the skin being the same look as every other ipoker site minus the colours of course.

The iPoker software is decent. Nothing to get to excited about, but playable. One should switch off all the gimmicks and the table layout will look a lot like Microgamings software.

Through options yes?
@Doom
That is weird I was able to log in straight away. What annoys me is the regs I know or or spoke to will now have new names and be on tables I do not know. Annoying but I will give it time and see how it goes. The VIP program is bigger now but no clue what each level up gives you.

Yes, through options. Show no avatars, no casino games, no spotlight, but a 4 colour deck, and the software isn't that bad anymore. Sure, there are better ones on the market, but this one is ok.

I'll check it out. I had a proper go on it and made some profit so it's not that bad but I just dont like the layout ect. Avatar is alright now I am using a Union jack, although custom ones were much better on micro gaming. The only upside I see from this upgrade so far is bigger, better and more MTT's, micro stakes speed poker and a better VIP system, so I will just have to carry on for now and see if I warm to it.

not my favorite software on the planet ! the timebank blink...blink...blink... makes me crazy !! since a few month they have changed the way the cards are dealt...that was the only good thing they fixed imo. some of the i poker skins (titanpoker & william hill )have the widgets bar featur. from the widgets bar you can change poker table look l.you can also open the tournament lobby from the widgets bar faster then befor.
and yes the damn crappy side games are really hell. i have also thrown some bankrolls in that blackjack hole...but never again !!

I disabled the widgets ect. Getting a bit more used to ipoker software now so I will just carry on for now. I find that dealer voice annoying too but luckily you can disable that.

The rooms at the ipoker network are a good alternative to stars etc. And some of them have nice promos or reload bonusses with a good vip system. The software is ok, but a Little bit old school in my mind.

Not the best but not the worst either. There are some things quite annoying like what you are seeing after logging in. No matter what cant bypass this and go straight to the games you were playing in your last login. And not having the possibility to disable the announcements on the top left corner when you are sitting on a table is irritating, the very least.
Have your eyes open if you play lots of sngs there in low limits, cause there is too much collusion.

Nah the fastest software I ever played on is poker stars, you can easily average 80 hands or more per hour and this is just average and you have lots of tables to choose from. Whereas on ipoker networks software is slow and this impact on the hands you can play per hour 60-70 hands per hour and less.
You can put volume sometimes when you have too much tables it disconnect you from the nets and you might lose some pots. they used much internet.

^ if your internet suffer one second blackout, you'll be disconnected. if you want to log-in again, it says that the user is already logged in and must wait 1 minute or so until be able to login. it may be painful when you are in the money at a tourney. even one hand counts toward the big prize... BUT, i prefer anytime ipoker instead of pstars with their rigged 'random' system cards.

Try their support. Most iPoker sites have online help when you go to the poker client. The bad thing though is that in some of them you need to be logged in, to be able and get in touch with them, something that doesnt work for your case. Otherwise send an email.
