I send this mail to support:

At first i did not receive any mail about this 1 day ago.
Second, for the 5th time your giving me not the information i asked for!!!

I'm missing money and now i now for 100% sure i will never get it back!!!
I can now say from day 1 i tried to solve this, never i repeat never anybody gives me the information i asked for!!!
I am totally disappointed in sunpoker, i never i repeat never had this kind of dissupport at any other pokerroom.
Its not about the money cause its only $30 (i payed $10 on calling you for example), its about the totally dissupport i'm getting from you.
You can have 'MY' money, you can have 'MY' $30, i go withdraw my money cause i dont trust this room anymore.
I'm very sorry cause i play lots of time in here and liked it a lot but this issue is to big for me.

I hope you have better support for other players in the future and wish you all good luck, cause i still think sunpoker is a good pokerroom.

Special thanks i say to bas from the helpdesk who helped me lot but also couldnot solve the problem.

Dont give up, thats what they hope you will do, push it further and ask for compensation, if this happens once you can guess its happend a 1000nd times, a simple and short email every day, "where is my money" Quitters never win!

good point. from a certain point of time they will realize how much it costs em to answer all your emails...

normally i would suggest here to use the live chat and ask for an supervisor. but my experience with their live chat is that they just stop answering when they dont know what to answer. CONSTANTLY! its like talking to a wall...

the final weapon is to inform the management. the support team sitting there has usually more rights, but you need to send a letter and probably bring a bit of patience for that step.

thank god they dont owe me money!!! good luck if you continue trying. on the other hand i could perfectly understand if you give it up with them.

iv not played sun, do you have any sort of acces to you hand history, is you account down (entry costs), this may be proof that it did happen, tell them you are sending the info you have to the online gambling regulaters(dont know who they are, google) if this dispute is not resolved shortly, but it looks like you will have to prove somehow the game happend, GL
edit, do not play whilst the despute is ongoing.

Its so f*cked up i dont have data about this tourneys and the data from sunpoker tells me i'm lying Aww crap!

Does any1 else has this experience and what steps could i take cos i'm so frustrated about this and i know for 100% 100% 100% i'm right but i dont have data Aww crap!

Just been short changed at pokerstars, $2 + $5 its not a lot, 5 was from a sng that a won but am almost sure i never got paid (90%) but i let this drop, but just left a ring game to find account showing 2 less then it should (100%) and outers iv missed well i dont know could be a fair bit at 1-5 $ per day, from now on im doing scrren shots before and after, iv e-maild them but i know they will say it didnt happen, i know it did.

OK i take it back, i cant explain the first $5 but the missing $2 (3.30)was from a sng that hadent started, all is good again but AA keeps screwin me, 2 times put me out of sng and 1 AA vs KK put me out me with KK and trip 8s failed me but i was big stack, its been a rolercoaster poker day today, iv been, i love poker, i hate poker, poker suck, pokers rules, arrrgggghhhhh

those are the days no matter what you do your screwed.keep getting rivered etc.i juts turn the bloody computer of and start living my life again.essspecialy all the things i have forgotten about because ive been playing to much poker. Blink

I think this is very weird, a game site always has log files as far as i know, normally they can check every hand that is been played, or they realy economizing on there server space Confused If I were you I would never play there again either if they don't give you the money you WON
