Yup; for cash games the advantage is even greater, because you play many more hands against the same players over time, building statistics on them.
The thing I like the most though, is the (longer) display of the hand that was just played, including the mucked cards that don't show up otherwise. You get a much better understanding of your opponent's tendencies, when you see his mucked hole cards.

Never had the chance to use any of these tracking softwares. I dont like them in general, but i would like to see if there is any difference or advantage by using one. It looks like they work for lots of people.

I wouldnt mind upgrading from the PT4 trial but $60 is a lot for me at the moment. Great software to use though especially in keeping track of your rivals and your own stats.

It Need some times to handle it, but it can really help you at the tables. But i don´t like it, that tracking software is allowed. To use te own notice ok, but all player at the table need the same chance. And not every player used a tracking Software.

I have never used any software only because i am not really sure how they work. But if you are seeing an upturn in results this can only be a good thing. Any additional edge you can achieve is always a worthwhile thing
I have never used tracking software, because I think in microstakes it doesn´t make much sense. For reliable data you need really lot of hands with your oponents. The problem with microstakes is, that you won´t meet the same guys that often. And sometimes the microstakes guys change their ways of playing, that your software will even make everything worse.

I am used to get notes in lots of players. But it is hard having such a result from personal notes, when you play big tournaments, as the ones using some software i believe. Personal notes work good for me in the regular ring tables i play.
