KickOffPoker requires the highest level of verification for their €10 no deposit bonus, as it's a limited offer. Verifying your phonenumber, along with the ID which you have already uploaded earlier, you will have reached the highest level of verification (if you pass the phone verification of course, and not just enter some random numbers).

Actually, you already gave your phonenumber in the signup process.
The "phone verification process" is just to confirm that the phonenumber is valid and that it belongs to you. If the phonenumber is not valid or if you just put a random number, then you won't be able to receive the 3 digit confirmation code and therefor not be able to complete the phoneverification.
Jepp, a 120 % ! I looked on the field and it was entered automaticly ( through the link) i compared it with the one u sent me, and it was exactly the same....

We had one more today that didn't get the €10, it was because the country he selected didn't match his IP adress. It was all taken care of by the KickOffPoker support though, so I suggest you try to mail [email protected] as well, and let them know you used a bonuscode that should give you €10 instantly.
They usually reply within a few hours if you write in english, but I guess it depends on what time of day and how busy they are
