The same thing happened to me. I got in touch and they told me their site was going through some changes and to try again in a few days with a different e mail address. This I did but the same thing happened. I've given up on the idea, some things are just not meant to be.

I menage to register but it took like two hours, since their site is really slow and the questions u have to answer are 20 not 6!!!! an operator then called me speaking my language (not english) and fixed everytihng in few minutes!
i think that they can resolve your problems...good luck at the tables
