So I spent 2 hours playing a PartyPoker WPT Montreal sub-satellite tourney last night not realizing it was ONLY for a .50c ticket for a $10 satellite ticket, to a $100 satellite ticket, to a $1,500 Package for the upcoming WPT Montreal event...and thought "Pfffffffffffffft,...TWO HOURS for THAT...?"
I didn't know when that $10 satellite was going to take place, it was late, and I just headed upstairs to watch Saturday Night Live at 11:30pm...
Came back down about 12:50am and noticed a tourney going on. Upon looking, I saw it was the tourney for the $10 WPT ticket, there were about 65 of the 87 entrants left, and I only had about 1,500 chips to 7 or 8 Big Stackers who had between 15,000 and 50,000 chips. No chance in hell at this point, so I just shoved...
BAM,....killed it with junk against 3 or 4 others... I then had about 10,000 chips and suddenly the tourney was worth playing...
After the rebuys closed, the top 10 places paid:
Top 7: $10 ticket
8th: about $4.50 7th: about $2.50 9th & 10th about $1.85
...and the game was on.
I just played my usual fairly tight game for about an hour. By then it was down to about 15 players, and I could smell a spot for money or a tic...
Got lucky and won a small pot and inched closer and hung on...but to get in the money, I'm gonna have to make a move...
Now being that I already have a $10 satellite entry from previous, PP will just pay you T$10,...but I didn't know that...
THEN,...the cards came, and KEPT coming.
Unlike my method of folding at the bubble in the BrM tourneys, I KNEW I had to play or bust...SO:

Like I said in the past,...there's a time to FOLD at or near the bubble,...and a time to PLAY. There'd be NO folding here...contrary to what some of the Boo-Birds were ridiculing me about.... <lol...
Once at the Final Table, I thought that I'd be lucky to get the 8th or 9th place for a few bucks,...but when I turned my head to watch something on the TV,....BAM.... GAME OVER...!
I thought......... "HUH" ...??? "wtf"...???
A few of the guys shot it out and knocked each other OFF..... Top 7 get a ticket...!
Then I saw I had won a $10 ticket.
When I checked my PP balance this morning I saw they deposited T$10 into my account...
So today I coin flipped my $10 into about $8.75 real cash...
...and I STILL have a $10 WPT Montreal tic to BOOT....
