Hey all,
Just wondering if anyone else is having problems after the software update that came out for Party Poker today. Just registered for a tourney and it accepted registration but says it can't seat me now, to try again later. And this morning freeroll never showed for me? Irritating with so few days left

Yeah same here just tried to login after a while away from the site and the update is going on. But after the update their are some glitch, i could not login and after several failed tries, I gave up and came back later when I was back at home and still same crap. Then gave up definitely and did no pursue it.
Anyway good luck, hope you guys get the problem fixed soon, have low funds there so I cannot be bothered!

Yes,...very glitchy stuff that Party Poker software...
I phoned the other night about a ticket I had won and didn't show in the 'My Tickets' section. The lady said to just find the lobby for that particular tourney and register and it should work, and it did...! So I then just un-registered and will play it at a later date.
Also,...a few days previous to that, the slider in the 'My Ticket' section was non existant. I couldn't scroll up and down to even find all my tickets, so I phoned. The guy took note and said he'd pass it along. Within 2 days THAT glitch was fixed and the slider works fine now.
I think if you phone them and let them know about any glitches in particular,...their IT department will fix them as they find out about them,...so it might be worth your time to let them know...!
Their support seems to be pretty good, and you're not on hold for very long either...

yea I joined a game this morning that never started, after you open partypoker if it is NOT showing the tournaments, look on the left side.right beside options, if you see a box that says list 1 , double click that.then you will get half of the screen.,then click anything under game name , and the tournaments will all show up again. hope this helps.

wtf again problems with this site....just now im on 20 pl,have 20k BB are 500-1000 and then frozen contact support and tell me im must wait email for explaim wtf wtf, Its not first time,they f:;:ck me with 2000 gtd last week,same situation wtf wtf

Is my memory wrong, or at some point Party Poker joined forces with Bwinpoker. They were big names before the merge and it still makes me wonder, how on earth they cant accomplish such simple things, with all the money they have.
I like to play poker and feel the adrenaline. With these problems partypoker I feel more nervous than pleasure. Problems with the tournaments on partypoker are from 08:00 PM.

Had the same problem today 14.30ET and i think i was not alone i could join the table 75 minutes later. I also phoned customer service and it look that they are similar to the software crap.

I have also had a lot issues since the "new look" was introduced. Something which I have found quite frustrating is that the missions don't acknowledge when you complete the objectives...

The freeroll tournament was cancelled in the morning because of technical problems. I dont have any problems with the Party Poker software but there does seem to be a lot of people who do and there is quite a bit of negativity about it on here

Ha ha, glad it's not just me then although sorry to hear you guys are having problems too. I actually called in because it wasn't seating me for a leaderboard yesterday lol. They gave me a buck for the trouble, heh.
Good job on the slider demo, I was having that prob too.

Consider yourself LUCKY....
I don't think it was even worth their time to pay someone an hourly wage or whatever to take the time...
...but hey,...I guess it was the thought that counts...

A Pokerfest game crashed the other day and it was disappointing. They refunded my buy ins and add on though - if anything they might have given me a little too much back also by nearly $5 - that or I made another buy in I didn't remember doing. lol.
I've given up with the pokerfest missions - they start ok and then they seem to freeze and they don't register your results.
I like PartyPoker anyway - I've played there a while. Only started looking at other sites this month since joining this site. Got a bonus and some entries for joining FullTilt.
