well im from germany and would be able to get all of them if i wouldnt have been stupid enough to create an account at almost all of those poker rooms before i even knew that no deposit bankrolls even exist
i dont really understand the online poker laws anyway ,as far as i know it is illegal in almost every country but somehow nobody really gives a s**t about it .

You can't blame BRM for not having the offers available to your country. It is the poker site that sets the rules on who they accept based on the popularity in a certain country.

I believe poker is not considered a gambling game, but a skill game. Maybe that is why it can be played in (most) countries

Romania just happens to be one of the worst countries in "no deposit bonuses" when it comes to fraud, so of course pokersites does not want to give money away to those countries when they know there's a bigger risk for fraud, compared to giving the bonus to ie. germany etc.
I can only request the CD Pokerbonus as for most of them I also can't because of my country and whereas for some it's just simply because I already have account there.
