I still have the lobby from the tourney open and it is still running,been 4hrs now with me only player at the table.I won it 3 and a half hours ago.I try to close window and it says still in progress.Sent screenshots to mybet but heard nothing.

It looks like a software bug. Cant really believe that a site would have
such a problem that havent attended for so long.
If the trust between a site and a poker player isnt a priority for them,
they are not looking far enough.

Well for all new poker sites it is always a gamble to see if you gonna receive the money you won after you played through the bonus and deposited your own money. That is why i do not register on too much new site before I know if they are reliable enough first.

Anyway it might be a bug issue so guess you will have to wait and I am sure they will refund you, if they do not then the poker site is useless and not worth your time there.

quick update--in total 4 emails sent with screenshots...
response---nothing
So totally ignored,ipoker do not seem interested in the fact that there is a problem which means if you pay to enter a tournament,you win a tournament,you do not get paid,then bad luck.
If anyone knows of someone to complain to at ipoker then can you let me know,thanks.

I doubt you will get somewhere by contacting ipoker.
They have a Contact Us form from inside their site and you are not losing anything
using it. But i cant see anywhere for attachments.
If you send a message dont forget to mention you have screenshots that you can provide.

thanks mober,i doubt they are going to do anything,after all this time and nothing,totally ignored,like the banks who say it is impossible to have mistakes made with chip and pin,they know it happens but deny,deny,deny.

Withdraw your bankroll and find a better poker site with proper decent support. Another Ipoker site if you like that skin(Ladbrokes have great support), or go with one of the big boys.

Phisix is right. There is no reason staying there just getting stressed to see if you are
going to get the money you have earned or not. The play itself has a certain amount
of stress, no point adding more for nothing.
Since you are doing good in ipoker try another popular skin like titan or 770.

I think it is an ipoker software problem not mybet,though i have to say that i am not impressed with mybet just totally ignoring the matter.
I think i may have found out why this has happened so i will send an email,again,to mybet and see if they respond.
It seems ipoker will not respond to customer problem unless it comes from the skin that you belong to.If your skin doesn't care then not much you can do,apart from put the evidence on poker forums.
I have screenshots from 2 different games now where there seems to be a glitch in the tournament registration process but i am no expert so maybe i should just put it on here and see what you guys think.

It has been a few days now. I hope you are not sill playing there.
Just wait to get your money credited and then cash out.

Here is an update for anyone following this;
My initial problem was a non payment of $4 in a twister tourney and the result was nothing,no response,no reason,nothing whatsoever.
My next problem was not being paid for winning a $1 knockout and yesterday I had $2.01 added to my account.Today I received email saying-
"We would like to inform you that our specialists have investigated your query and could confirm that the jackpot should have been 4$: 2.01 prize pool part and 1.99 jackpot claim. The jackpot claim has been changed to the correct one and the payment has been inserted."
So that is good,I did not,however,receive payment for the bounty of the 2 people I knocked out in the process,and no answer as to why it happened.
I am going to leave this now as I have no screenshots for the twister tourney and to be honest it is too much hassle for a couple of dollars.
My intention was just to find out if this was a regular problem which it does not seem to be,seems like my bad luck for it to happen twice to me.If anyone else has this problem at least there is now proof of it happening and I have screenshots as well.
I am suprised that it took all this time to even answer an email,I don't think there is alot worse for a poker site than not paying winnings.
The irony of the situation is that I am in fact playing for mybet as well as myself,I took a no deposit bonus in Jan and I cannot withdraw or play higher than $2 until I have earned $100 rake.I have no idea what rake I have paid but I have $45 now in my account so I am happy playing here.

If you cant figure out the rake you have got so far from the points (every site has a point
system) send an email and ask about it.
All sites respond to this especially when there is a bonus involved.
Now when they will get back to you...... thats another story Smile

I have a long way to go yet,have 232 points,quite hard when max buy in is $2 and cannot play rebuy tourneys.I just had a look and there is only one freezeout today,all the others are 2 euro or rebuy/re-entry.So stuck with micro turbo sng or dym,or on tap tourneys.
Feels like enforced bankroll management,and have to say it seems to work for me.

If it works that way for you why rush it to higher limits. Some times its all needed to
loose a good bankroll. Even if you decide to level it up, leave something on the side,
in case something goes wrong, so you will be able to rebuild.

but really, many people could benefit from enforced brm, considering theres tons of people playing tourneys that are like 50% of their br, and stuff like that

Further Update;I just logged in to my account and have had about $6 added.
I have had no explanation as to why it has been added but I assume that is what they owe me.
So my problem seems to have been solved but why it happened i have no idea.

Well done for Mybet for sorting it,took a while but never mind.
The negative side is that there was no communication whatsoever and it is the frustration in not knowing if your problem is being looked at that causes more anger than the initial problem.
The moral to this story is try and keep track of your bankroll and check you actually get paid. Smile

Poor support if you ask me.
No matter how hard some companies try to find the right persons,
some arent fit for the job either way.

Imagine for example having peter7878 working
in a support at a poker site, as he was claiming, in any department
and especially cashier......
