Finally got my free $40 on action poker and headed to play some cash games. Joined .25/.50 table coz these stakes i usually start to play whit my acounts. Played well with my stack and went all in with QQ againts QJ and dbl up to 80$. Couple hands later i had AK. Loose/agressive player raised to $3 and i re-raised to $9.50 he obv called me.
Flop comes TTJ. I bet $4.25 coz he usually re raises me. and so he did. he went all in for like $24.50... then comes the fun thing ... i got connection lost and ofc there is no disconnect timebank and i lost the hand ....

If you have a complaint I am willing to listen and and if we are at fault I would be happy to re credit monies where due at first i was willing to to return the funds to ThisIsSparta, but i have checked the hand it was as follows:
ThisIsSparta does have AK
He raises $9.50 pre flop
Flop comes J 10 J
ThisIsSparta bets $4.25
He gets raised to $24.50
ThisIsSparta goes all and get disconnected or disconnects......ALL IN PROTECTION KICKS IN
The rest of the cards are drawn
J 10 J 6 6
The raiser win with QQ.
So who is telling the truth????
We have every hand history that is ever played, I guess form the nice email that you sent to my support team you would like us to close your account?

EDIT: I don`t like to assume but that disconnects or get disconnected is i think true considering the hand, if hand is true but i don`t see a reason why would you lie about that. I got my money involved in the hand on some other site with no problem at all when it was not my fault. It`s peanuts for poker rooms anyway and poker room that is promoting aggressively does not need bad publicity.
I would have no problem returning the funds if he was telling the truth.

Sorry Shaun I probably missed that DISCONNECT KICKS IN part because i was laughing. I was thinking that he seat at NO DP table and tried to play DP trick and got busted by it. That would be the true justice against those DP abusers.
As for refund part, sorry english is not my first language and maybe it can be misunderstood but that is exactly what i wanted to say.

LoL - Well done ActionPoker isn't a bad site - why do you want to decieve the other players "ThisIsSparta"? You were donkey because you sat in with almost all of your money... And AK is not good every time as you see. Lesson learned.

Btw what does ALL IN PROTECTION does when i have connection problems whit some reason. And the part that "..goes all and..." I never went all in ?
And because i had those connection problems there was no way for me to see that? When i got back rest of the table had played couple hands and i had to sit back and all i saw was that my opponent had won the amount wich was in the pot when i got disconnected.
What was he thinking ? that Actionpoker doesen't have loggfiles ? I wonder why he lied about this
