I had 3 tickets on party poker 10,000.00 giveaway won with completing a mission. The tickets had for expiry date 2023/07/31 so i waited to play them but they cancelled this promotions and my tickets where inactive. I waited a long time and i decided to ask them what was happening with this promotion and if it bwas coming back.
Their answer was that it would not come back so i ask them if they would give me compensation since i had won those tickets and was not advice that they would cancellation.
Their answer is sorry but you are loosing them and no compensation.

This gives me another reason for not playing on Party Poker anymore. Stopped playing there after they took away my winnings from BRM leaderboard because I didn´t played other (real money games) for a longer period of time.

Maybe you should complain again,try and email someone higher in the chain.Seems very unfair for them to say they are valid for such a long time and then cancel without a warning.They could have at least substituted them for another tournament,or gave a few days to use them. If you have spent money completing the missions then surely you must be entitled to something for your time,money and loyalty to party poker.

haha there you go the first bad experience with party poker for you just wonder it will keep coming and coming and my advice to you would be to get out of there as fast as you can they even suck in term of freeroll not giving you the tickets and wonder what they will do if money was involved. Anyway you can still stay there and take money out of them from freeroll if you want but not worth it!

Party Poker has done nothing wrong to me,in fact they have the fastest cash outs,I have ever had,with longest only taking 15 mins,and I have made several cash outs,and no problems,but I will say there software could bet better.

Bad luck there. If you have tickets, wherever you play, just use them when you are in a good mood for play. This can happen again unless they are general tickets for example 1$ sng. I doubt they will cancel such games

I hear everything that has been said, but consider this.
What was it that you won? In my opinion you won a ticket from completing a mission and the ticket you won was a very specific tournament ticket relating to that particular promo. Tha particular promo and that particular tournament has since been withdrawn. I don't see the point of arguing.
Lesson learned? Win a ticket! Use the ticket.
It's different when for example you win, as discussed a 2.20 ticket at stars, cos that's always a 2.20 ticket and there Will always be 2.20 games.
I didn´t like that promotion anyway, the tournaments were played by too many players and the good prizes were only in top 10. Hopefully they will do a better promotion.

There is hope........even for me! (Notwithstanding my earlier post on tis topic, which I stand by) I had lost a partypoker ticket and lo and behold it has reappeared back in the place where it belongs, in my tickets folder. I do however appear to have mislaid another which I swear was the on Sunday, but is no longer. Maybe there is a ticket glitch !
