Hello, I received the initial 15$ cash bonus, and i have already over 3000 points . Since this is done i am entitled to receive 2*30$ chuncks from the total of 200$ bonus. Already 48 hours passed since i should received my bonus. What can you do to solve this?

My thinks to do, like a lists when i shop for bonus, once i get a bonus i check terms and conditions and if they good i will go ahead and take the bonuses and verify my identity in the first week or so , so i can have peace of mind that i would be able to cashout, then play maximum , and if i am not getting further bonus, will email them, wait for a week, if not , i will deposit and cashout what i got. Depositing min 10 dollars and think of it as lost as you never know what will happens. That is why i wait for the money to be big. So better risk for investment. Good luck mate!

Actually BRM cant do anything about it. Its all in the hands of the poker site. Send them an email asking about the status. I really dont get it why this cant be credited automatically like other sites do, when you are gathering the required points.

What do you mean manual check. Since they have a system that counts the points and the player has access and can see it, where is the point in this? To check manualy what? If they actually achieved the level needed for the next release? lol Get serious.
