Have signed up following BRM instructions (as many times before) and after 2 days waiting for an imediate bonus on sign up contacted suport and they replied my IP adress had a register of 21122012 with a user containing demo on its name. Replied it was not possible since my laptop and IP connection are not that old, and they replied they could offer a bonus of 10€ that i refused. Since it seems a non reasonable explain for not giving the bonus i believe they are not compliing with terms on a deliberate way...

Is there any chance that someone else in your house had a go with their software in the past? It could be a mix up with IP addresses also if you are saying your connection is recently new.
If that is not the case then it is pretty lame, trying to take you from no deposit to a deposit bonus

It seems this casino has quite few complaints against them,I haven't seen anything really bad but on askgamblers website there is a warning against the casino.I have seen casinos with much worse allegations though it seems Hippodrome don't respond to the complaints and that does not come across well. I will not argue more: my IP adress is for sure more recent than 2012, the information i got from suport cant be accurate. I did refuse de 10 Eur free, it was not my point. In fact i do work for my internet provider. Wish u the best.
