I also think it was a good play if you had raise preflop you dont know what those players had done If they fold you just collect litte but the way you played the hand you maximize your profit and the raise on the river was the real think to do.

Set over set is always lucky, and the hand plays itself after the flop. But i am a bit surprised that you didn't reraise preflop with your queens here. That is not a hand i would like to play a multiway pot with.

Sometime i play like this. Not alway's. Ace or king onthe board i loose little and if i hit a set it's more profiteble.
Great play, I am totally fine with not 3betting an UTG raise. Good thing on the flop, that you only flat called and keeped that third player in. On the turn you have most likely the nuts, so the flat call is again the best option. You give your opponents the chance to bluff or improve to a second best hand.

I think i would have played pre-flop and flop differently. I would have definitely three bet pre-flop and i would have raised him on the flop as well. When you filled up on the turn you played it very well i thought

It looks like a standard play to me, raise preflop got called hit the high set on the flop bet for value got called as the other one got the smaller set and going to the river as it will always be a showdown hand and glad you were on the winning side as if i had the lower set i would never have folded it and go all the way to the showdown. First hand i would reraise preflop and when flop came i would 3-bet out of hand protection, There are 2 spades om the board so chamces are someone holding like ace-x of spades etc.
2nd hand i dont like the limp, you should either raise or fold, You hit the flop perfectly and youre postflop play is reallly good but what happens when a flop like q-10-9 pops up? You could get in real danger and even if you hit like top pair you most likely get dominated by a stronger hand with a limp

Sick spots right there...
In the 2nd hand I don't really like the limp behind. I don't know if you had like any kind of info on the first limper but imo you should raise to isolate his weaker range and play heads-up in position. However, this is just my opinion.
