the terms and conditions for a promotion from bankrollmob states "In order to cash out the player must make a Real Money deposit and have earned more than 450 POP points in 30 days."
i have made a deposit and also earned 715.90 POP WITHIN 30 days. so why are they denying my cash out?
they want me to earn another 400 POP? why? i think the problem could be because when i cashed out i exchanged 325x2 POP for $2 dollars from POP prizes, but that should NOT have affected anything because I have met the requirements unless for some stupid reason, i must keep 450 POP in my account which makes no sense because you can't really do anything with them, but use it (that would be the most ridiculous rule if that was true).
that is a sign of a bad poker room support. I am angry that action poker is wasting my time even having to deal with this issue and before denying my cash out, they did not even take the time to go thoroughly through things.
edit: btw, i can't even copy and paste my POP transaction report onto this thread.

every poker room have their own rules. i am not 100% sure if it is worthless or not. some site allow you to cash out all the winnings, but you must keep the free money (eg. $40) until you have made the requirements.
nonetheless, this does not relate to my issue. i'm not sure if action poker is just making it hard for me to cash out or if this was a simple error.
wasn't like i cheated or used a third party program, collusion, etc.
thank you and i got another question, if sometime in the near future, i decide to deposit for action poker. do i need to earn 450 points in 30 days in order to cash out? or i can play like 10 hands and cash out again? (not like i'm going to play 10 hands, just asking)

Same Q here if i am to deposit do i need to have 450 to withdraw, as i used most of my points, or is that a 1 off for the no-deposit, also am i gonna be 1 in 200 are you a man of you word, is the BRM table open yet and if so/not what limit will it be

Shaun, the same thing happened to me, i made. And i had a big argue with the support about this, still i had to make the extra 400 POP before being able to cashout and now i made a total of 1500 POP. I know you told me to write an e-mail. But its just a waste of time, i wouldnt get anywhere with it. I got my cash and im happy for that

i have tried to withdraw twice since and guess what? i got denied both times.

1) all action poker had to do in the first place was check my POP history to see if i gained all the points i needed to cash out. 2) u want me to send 4 types of proof? what the heck... i wouldn't have gotten the free $40 if my bankrollmob account wasn't validated with them. remember i had to send in my drivers license and call into bankrollmob. 3) deposit was made through credit card and withdrawal was made with another method - duh... because action poker has no visa cash out method for me to withdraw from AND i can't choose bank draft either so there is no other way, but to choose ECOCARD, which i had to sign up for just for the purpose of this cashout.

honestly, you guys did a great job in setting this up. i am done with this site and action poker will never ever be as successful as any other poker site because you do things that drive customers away. that is just bad business.
now with the $215 since i won't be getting it back, you can either set up a vyip $215 freeroll to benefit the bankrollmob community or steal it like you were going to anyways.

Terrible Service by Action! Poker. Theres so many poker sites now, all of them trying to make it big in poker world, unfortunately none of these will be successful, it just wont happen, theres wayyyyy to much competition out there, and bad service like Vicky said, just drives away customers!

Just deposit the minimum with neteller and you can withdraw the $215 no problem.
------------ Some sites have these policies with credit cards you can deposit but not withdraw. Its not the fault of th pokerroom, some creditcard companies you can deposit but not withdraw gambling money.

Yep done all thats ment to be done shaun even said to make anouthe cash out request,yet the problem continues, Lots of hastle for cash outs, never a problem depositing, hope you get you cash, also should the card be checked when making the deposit not after?
