In last Sunday Million Anniverssary they made 700k. Only from 1 tourney. 600K+ only from main events. But from thousands of Satelitte? They probably did almost 1 Million from these MicroMillions.

pinotte, they are only here to make money or there would be no point,i have an example also,my mrs is a bingo fan so we took out a shot at Bella bingo, she played $3.00 and discovered she was the only player....cant lose, she won $1.17, a loss of$1.83. i get they need to make money but a 66% rake is soo wrong...lol stick to poker mobsters.....

I dont know where you take your numbers but seems no good to me.
The satellites rake is include in the principal tournament and should not be conted twice.

dam, i knew big poker sites earn decent money but had no idea its that much when you realize how much money are they making on rake they could have even better promos too, maybe ? not saying ps isnt awesome as it is, but there are small sites with much more... interesting promos, but i guess those need it to make people start playing there at the first place :/

Not to forget though, the rakeback players earned throughout (if we consider the average player to be silverstar this is almost 20% of the rake, not to underestimate), leaderboard prizes etc... I'd say with all the satellites they still made a million throughout the series.

When you play a satellite all the players in are paying for the winner free seat. So if you take the number of entrants in the main events X the amount of the rake the player that won is seat in a satellite dont pay rake because he and all others entrants of the satellite have paid for.

More than they are giving away in the prizes for the tournament or much less, i think it is much more with the satellites coming in play too and so on if you taking them into account, no wonder pokerstars will never do something that is not profitable so i guess it will be much higher than the amount of prize given out. Also good luck to any mobsters who are participating in the mciromillions , hope you wins and get the jackpot if not a big cash ?
Cheers have fun guys will play some event next waiting for some cash to come by the end of the month. Cheers have a nice night.

Sorry after verification i admit that i was wrong the rake of the satellites is not included in the main event rake. So true it would amount to well over a million. I skould of thought that they never do somethink for free.
