Hello I have a stupid question that needs your help I think I had in the past a account over Titan Poker but not sure and on top of that(if I have the account) Idon.t recall the account name ,the password username anything So what can I do to can´t take the risk of trying a new acoount and with a older one there got banned

open it up and click on forgot password and or username, as long as you still use the same email, you should be able to retrive your information. but i think i heard somewhere that titan changed networks.(not sure) i havn't played there in years, good luck and i hope this helps.

click "forgot the password" , they will ask you for your email , and they will send you how you got your account back

With the forgot password you will only get the password. Since you dont know your username either, you will have to contact them giving all of your details, asking if you had an account previously with them. Dont risk trying to create a new one. If they dont have an online support just wait for their email answer.
