I just made a test at this site: http://donkeytest.com/ and I'd really like to compare my IQ to all of you, to see if the test is reliable and how I compare to others.
My IQ was exactly: 100, which means that I'm about a break-even player at low-/micro-stakes.
Please answer in the poll too!
------------ misclicked and posed the poll too early, now this doesn't contain:
130 - 144 High Stakes Pro (Wins at 1K NL+) 145 - 159 Poker Genius

i went back and did find the test, but i think this stuff is a bunch of crap, because no matter how you answer these questions, during live poker, the result would never be the same. But for $9.95 they will help me do more of these tests. not likely

I got 120 while having tables up and without reading much of the reads stuff (too boring and would take way too long ) The description of the specific scores is b******t (someone crushing microstakes could reach 120+ easily), as well as some of the questions (totally unreal at some spots), but it was quite funny

My doubt comes from who makes the questions. How can they know exactly know what's the best and how can they call someone a poker genius, than they should get the 159 score easily, shouldn't they?

If they make the questions using a calculator then it's easy to find out the most profitable line for every question. Also, the rankings are prolly more meant as a joke or something. Someone who has specific skills and has all the postflop questions (which was the vast majorty) translating to a score of like 60 or whatever, could still be a winner at microstakes, instead classed as donkey here. I've said it before, even a monkey, as long as he's dedicated and willing to learn, can beat microstakes SNGs/Tourneys, and it doesnt even take much poker knowledge for that, just following simple guidelines. On the other hand, someone who is great at these quesrions and scores 140 or whatever might not even beat lowstakes because they lack other important skills, such as preflop shovig ranges and all that stuff. So really, dont take this test as indicator anyone.
