I had the same issue a little time ago, un-install and re-install, I think the PS updater software got corrupt, I think it conflicted with another app running in backgorund.

Already tried that, its the lastest pokerstars update for sure. Reinstalled a couple times now, they forwarded to programing after 5 mails, its not the first time they implemented something and pokerstars didnt work, got an older computer

if it was a problem with the software then more people/everyone would have experienced this issue. either reinstall, or will be to do with your own computer system

It is problem with software, it changed in an area and requirements changed and it doesnt work on my amd 2800 640 RAM win xp sp3 computer, but it worked fine last 3 years, happened before im sure next update will fix it, they are just stalling time with those mails, saying stuff like you say and then next update it miraclously works again, my setup didnt change, happened before will work after next update again once they fix whatever they changed.
