I know some of you guys love party but I've had my fill of them, with the new laws in GB pp asked for ID,fair enough...I sent them the ID. They never replied and I thought alls good, got another 2 emails asking the same thing so sent it again, next thing is my accounts blocked....i sent them another email stating their mistake with a few strong words also. They took a week to reply and now want a photo of me holding my ID,I've told them to stick the account up their jacksie,i am gonna send a photo of me,my ID and my middle finger, only have a few $'s on there so they can have it. pisses me off that you can be a member on there for years making deposits and they stick you like that. RIP Party Poker....

I gave up on partypoker years ago. Considering it was, at one point, the biggest site on the interweb I thought it was a bag of wank. The layout, the graffix, the price of the tournies compared to the guaranteed amounts, they were all sh*te. I dunno what it's like now or if it has changed much but I don't think I would go back (unless they gave me some free money, of course ) You do right giving them the finger

I was like you Bullettooth,I joined nearly two years ago and I was not impressed with the graphics and I had problems with the software so I didn't stay there but I went back a few months ago and it has improved greatly. The promotions are nearly always decent and seem to cater for all. I don't know why PP would have such an issue with you Callie,if you have deposited and played there for a few years I don't know why they would not give you some slack but there does seem to be a growing trend of complaints against customer support at all the poker sites recently. Instead of spending all their time and money promoting casino games and spin and go type of poker they should look after their core customer base- poker players- on the sites.

...I have to agree with the Icy One here.... Glitches and all,...it too is far too profitable for me to leave...!
...since last February I've deposited about $30,...and have trouble free withdrawn about $350 - $400. Withdrawels are in my Instadebit anywhere between 2 and 12 hours...
...as far as Customer Service is concerned,...never really had any problems with them, and have gotten MORE than satisfactory results nearly every time...!
...The ability to just phone them about any concerns is second to none...and usually gets resolved right away or within a reasonable time frame,... PLUS,...I like yakin' to them Eastern Euro babes,...they can invade my Crimean PENInSula ANYtime....

I would have given up long ago also if they were still open. I couldnt stand up their problems when i was playing there, but eventually we couldnt play there after all. But in the case of icequeens of course or demo's, you turn the other way most of the times, because this is to your best interest
