With the quads hand, something like that I like to bet on the flop - it rarely looks like you've hit hard when you open-bet the flop, just looks like a weak C-bet. Then you can bet the next two streets as well and hope you come across as desperate. Best case scenario is that they NO show-down value, but believe you have nothing and attempt to move you off the pot. Next best case is they DO have show-down value and C/C every street.. But in plenty of other scenarios, they just give up as soon as you bet.. It's the sad reality of most super-strong hands in Hold'em.
EDIT: Sorry, I should say that the best-case is that they hit 2nd-nuts and play right back at you for their stack

he is bluffing a lot, and he raises a lot preflop when I am SB and he is BB, I bluffed him couple of times, bcs thats just giving money away... and he tryed to bluff me a lot of times, but it all goes to mine poket... exept once... I got to fold ... and I was thinking when I got quads that he will start fireing, and when he didnt, I thought that he will try to steal pot on river, thats why i checked river....
