Well I have a question just won a second ticket to the $500 party pokerfreeroll that will take place in January My question is is this tournament a mult-entry? Please answer fast only have 2 hours to claim it

Thanks for the fast help just claimed the lottery tickets but only got 20 for $5oo The claim saysThe Xmas prize draw will take place on the 29th December among all players that has requested lottery tickets instead of prizes. You will get 1 ticket in the draw for every $1 of prize you "convert". So if you for example won a $109 tournament ticket, you would get 109 tickets in the prize draw instead. So why only 20

No problem but this is the prize Party Poker Entry to Exclusive $500 Tourney The Exclusive $500 poker tournament at Party Poker is scheduled on the 11th of January 2015. and I claimed the tickets but no message saying that I won the tickets and the claim message is still on saying that the time to claim is over due ( of course already claimed) Where can I see the tickets that I have? Once again sorry to annoy you

Because if 2 hours is not enough for you to decide if you want it or not, we are just going to assume you don't want it, so we can give it to somebody else, so it doesn't go to waste.

I always assumed that the prizes if not claimed just didn't get used

Well, if you click a door and log out and don't realise you have to claim the prize, you lose it not knowing ^^
I thought I had to claim tickets only if I didn't want the original prize... I didn't read the mail well enough though Was it like this last year? I can't remember.
