Everybody experiences the "Bad Beat" syndrome. I am no stranger to it myself. I have had quite a few bad beats in my day and usually you get frustrated by it, but I had one bad beat that was quite nice. It was in a casino in Edmonton Canada. I had a full house off the flop and had an aggressive player at the table with me and he was betting up a storm. So I was only too happy to just go with it. Since I did have the nuts I just called his big bets (taking my time a little bit though . He ended up rivering a straight flush . I was initially upset because it cost me quite a chunk of change out of my stack, but in the end it was awesome because the casinos bad beat pot was up to $36,000. I was very happy in the end to get beat there. . Have a great day and as frustrating as those bad beats are just remember that you have to have a short memory for those things in poker or a tilt is sometimes next to follow.

I was just playing the Bankroll Mob on Po Starss and things are going quite well. I really hoped I would make the final table this time round but in the end it was unfortunatly only good enogh for place 18 - 16 cent.

One truth I believe in is the ol' saying...: $h!t Happens...!
The worst one that always comes to mind for me was in a monthly $5,000 Facebook Tourney on PokerStars a few years ago where I put my entire monster stack on the line and buddy called with his KKKQQ that obviously was bigger than my QQQKK....just several away from the bubble....

Two pots that stick in my mind from early on in my poker "career"...
Both on 6-Max $1/2
Button Stack $468, BB stack $450 Dealt Js9s Folded to me, I raise to $6 SB folds, BB calls Flop J 9 2 (forget the suites, but not important) BB checks, I bet $9, BB calls Turn 9 BB checks, I bet $20, BB calls River 3 BB bets $40... I explain to my friend who I am teaching how to play that this is perfect, as I raise him to $100, he shoves.... I very happily move toward the call button, explaining to my friend that only pocket...... oh ffs.....
BB with 22, stack $512 Button, with stack of $400 raises to $6 Flop A 2 7 I check, button bets $10 I raise to $40, button pushes I call and he turns over AA... Turn 2 River A
(again, not a bad beat as I was behind every time any money went in)
These are the two sickest hands I can remember.
The hand that cost me the most money was in the $5 rebuy on stars. I got to heads up and the prizes were ~$3.8k and ~$6.2k...
First hand of heads up, with a slight chip lead I get pocket 4s... I raise from the SB, and opponent 3-bets... I shove all in and they snap call with 22 and spike a deuce on the river.... $2.4k that hand cost me, but was still happy with my nights work

Nice hand. Got max value out of it anyways. Took some risks in letting others hit but payed off nicly. 1.50 knockout
