Have you seen the new X-Files movie yet? If yes, how did you like it?
Personally, I was kinda disappointed. I wasn't hoping for much, but it really wasn't anything "X-files like" compared to the first movie and the series in general, I believe.

If it has CSI feel then it is really nothing but another movie made to make money. Pity was hoping it will be good X file movie. But it is really hard to put X file feel into movie it was intended to be TV series and nothing more. I will take time to watch it, for old times sake.

Exactly what I did. I knew though, not to expect too much... but I still got disappointed. I hope Mulder & Scully will make a 3rd and BETTER movie as a final goodbye to the "x-files"

With their career records for past time(duchovny and anderson), haven`t seen anything but am certain they are active, i think they will do it for free. And to make good X file movie plot not some special effects, big deal of money is not needed. Just looked who the writers were in this movie. My mind refuse to believe that Carter made a movie which is more CSI than X-file. I understand that other guy is not original X-file writer but Carter, now I`m totally disappointed.

I finally watched it. What a load of crap this movie is. I think that who ever wrote scenario for this movie wanted to prevent anyone in the future to make another movie or series. It reminded me, just a little, of that Jack Nicholson`s movie, "The Pledge". I even fell asleep at the end of the movie. I think that most of the blame is still on directors side because he could make it more interesting or at least make more conversations between Mulder and Scully to make it look more like X-files. If I were to rate the movie I would not give it more than 4. Shallow, boring and not an X-file.
