its about time to fight back for our rights against online gambling activities .we dont want to be worried about our money .also we wanted cashout save .online gamblings also protect their integrity and secure to all users.as u can see if u try to avail a license driver or passport u need to provide yur exact identification documents after approving the file and works to be fit.u can now pay the bills.which is documents come first before paying any etc.then what if casinos provide first identity before deposit to make sure both parties can have trust and secure funds.this comment is my opinion which players are always on unjustice procedure .casino scam and so on.

i agree, it's about time for us players to stand up and fight for ourselves, no fcukin poker site should push us around and let us lose our hard earned cash- we must have a "loss protection policy" implemented asap- every poker site which respects itself must compensate all the losses we incur, since we are fuel to their business...

Of course I do absolutely agree, that our players rights should be strengthened in any way possible, because at the moment I am feeling that we are not having any rights at all. But unfortunately I dont quite get your point or your suggestion about it.

I understand what you mean in my country we say that the customer is always right and we have some law that protecs us. However when you are dealing with poker, casino and bet sports its not the case they are always right. If you want to play then you have to read all their rules before you do cause a lot of time if not you get very bad surprise and you have to live with.

Pff sports betting and poker it is all the same thing just because it is online does not means that the company does not have offices, instead hey are like us , people work there they have offices and real people , some compile odds, some do customer cares and so on, they even would have treasury or accounting departments! Anyway you will ahve to verify your account just like banks as they are companies and have to follow the law!

got to agree, these sites will let you deposit in an instant but need all this proof if you want to withdraw, verification must be made but they should not be able to take monies from anyone until this is approved...

I think they should allow you to withdraw money to the same account, from which they received a payment. That's would be fair.

i think some casino demand ridiculous stuff like send us a picture of your credit card send us a bill where you live ....
i can understand that you need ID but the others are just random to get you to give up funny thing is they won't asking you when depositing but when you win something and withdraw that's when you start getting the emails
