As doomdy said Full Tilt and Pokerstars are absolutely the best ones. If you play high stakes you should try 888 and Victor Chandler as well... they have interesting deals for high stakers
Wow definitely you must be a high stakes player with such amount of rakeback you made, to get more info about ... just google rakeback & you'll get ... of rakeback sites. Good luck

Ipoker sites do no longer offer rakeback. Some have a thing callt "cashback" which is more or less the same. Rumor goes, that NOIQ offers the best deals for Ipoker.
If you have not signed in, Full Tilt may be another option. With your level of play even Pokerstars reward system starts to look good.

Pokerstars offer nadda, think they suck when it comes to loyalty and rewards, and they have the most players, how, TV brain wash us all, thats why ppl pay 10% on PKR, pays for the nice ads they put out, you could wait for BRM to set up there rakback, or do a little search, a few 50% out there, even seen a 80% but cant remember who it was with. Im only afte 10% commision for info.

Stars does not need to give away to big rewards. They HAVE the huge playerbase. It is the smaller rooms who need to attract more players. So it is understandable that they have to give better bonusses or a good rakeback to win new players for their site.

Pokerstars do not offer rake back as it is but gives away a lot of big prizes (cash too) with its vip shop. I think this is a way to give rake back as well since the FPP needed are gotten by partecipating at every raked hand (even if not played). Plus there's the vip status thing that makes you earn FPP faster, in this way each FPP takes more ad more value

Well all big sites offer pretty good rakeback (except Stars as mentioned before). But just wanted to say that if you made 4000$ rake, why did you ever played in Titan poker who doesn't pay rakeback. On any other big site, you would have got at least a 25% rakeback witch means about 1000$ for sure
