Everst poker crashed last night, leaving my money stuck on the table, whilst playing a pot. IV QQQ and put in a raise then it crashes. today I check my account and they have gave me the money that I had showing but not the money that I had in play, cant even get the hand history. Daylight robbery. they still might be sorting it out iv maild them but as yet no response.

problem is they might only pay what was bet,were there any callers,if there was they owe you that money,dont think they pay out on what could have been bet,just hassle em,they pay you.

no online support does suck. Iv not lost a lot but thats not the point (was on micro) not gonna bother hastling them, for 2-5$ not a big problem, who knows i may have lost, but i doubt it.( i have e-maild but wont chase) When i finally got back on I hammerd the tables and ended up anyway, so it may have worked in my favor. I think they should have put us both all in(protection) and worked it from that. Quite like the site hope this is just a 1 off or ill be gone shortly.

In the past i played a lot at everest, never had disconect problems. Only think that annoyed me was that the site was ultra slow. But nice site i think

one thing ive learned that pacific poker and everest poker are both a robbery sites they take your money away and they have the most worst poker software and also the support is bad

I can only sign that! I've had terrible experience with both of those sites! I really like Partypoker and Pokerstars, they're good and have good support!

Everest seams to have a lot of stability problems lately. Software is indeed a bit slow. Pacific poker is really a joke. Terrible software. And don't left money behind there. They will charge 10% administration fee after 6 month of inactivity. Party has a similar policy and their software is a bit laggy too.

LOL, so they get intrest and claim 10% off you for gaining them money, lol. I worked for a guy like that, he wasent to happy when I told him I quit and the van is in newcastle :} (wanted to charge me for use of the van) Any everst plays who took up BRM offer......How did you work out the 100 hands, is it just 100 hands played(with rake) or contrabuted.

I did evereat offer, as it says 100 raked hands they dont say what limit so easy. But stil in progression................

Surly it cant be that easy, played 300 atleast now, looks like im gonna be there a while (as long as the disconnection stays away) I like the way the bonus $ are released and none contrabuted. Still in progression, hmmmm, dont like the sound of that
Ok I just checked my account again,(after getting a email from them) I now have what I had B4 the hand started, but they did not say sorry (that would except resposability i guess) also they lie (i think) they told me the diconnection protection kicked in, 1 when i went back its the first thing i looked at i still had 2 protections, 2, OK could have been a split pot, but very much doubt it when i have AQ and it flops QQ rag,
I had exactly the same problem at Titan poker. I had pocket KK, turned a full house Kings over queens, I bet out 40, opponent ai with 100, he shows AQ, server breaks down.
I wrote to the support, they said they could only give me back the money I invested cause there was this small possibility that a Q would have hit on the river.

Yer thats the kind of BS i got from them too, first they say protection kicks in so in my mind a winner can be determind, then they say (after i told them it didnt) that a winner could not be determind due to the fact that the rest of the hand could not be played. So what is DP for.....just for cheats i guess. Oh well, probably a 1 off so i let it slip, but just lost with AA on 1 table and outher table i lose with KK at the same time, both ended all in (aa vs kk,hit his k) (KK vs aq, hits str8) arrrghhhh, lol maby i sholdent have told them they are wrong.

The disconnect protection is for hands when your pc breaks down or loses the connection to the pokerroom. If the server breaks down or is cut off from the net then there is not much they can do. They can refund buy ins for tourneys, but cash games are tricky.
