Yes teddybears is right about that, but in the leaderboard only the top 200 are shown as I remember. If you have only earned 21 cents so far and it is running for half a month now you might not be in there. I do not know where you can see the rest.

You will have to have enough points as said above to see yourself in the top 200. And if that is the case then take a look at the bottom of the leader board, to see when it was last updated. It is not happening daily.
