Tomorow is the 1 mil garanted tournament at duck poker ..I am a little surprised ..WTF And the good news are that not more then 500 players will play on it ..Buy in $500+40 I think that room is gonna loose some from this tournament. They need 2 000 players ...we'll see

i cant make a account on Duck the sofware sucked download works till he say log in make account button dont work so whats happend ?????? is duck a privite poker site now?????
how many players are there ???? or is it a trick that there is to low people for the 1 million game

I am sure that problem is from yout PC. Duckpoker is like new poker room with not many players..thats the strange thing ..i think they just want to make a lot people deposit and the to run with the money
------------ Now i remember that played there heads up with guy from Netherlands so its not some kind of country restriction..its just some small problem that can be solved

Hmm nice guaranteed tournament, just hope there is enough players in the field as it looks like a nice tournament and you could make some money if you play well as field is lower so more chance of winning and getting in the money and so on. Anyway good luck if you guys playing maybe go through satellites rather than stick 500 dollars as buy in if you do then you should be playing on another more reputed site to keep 500 Dollars , anyway have fun!
Take the money and run reminds me of another site Poker Minds. This tournament was setup just too create interest probably the registered players in the 1 Million tournament were fake players lol
All the new tournaments were provided by the "WinningPokerNetwork". You can find that $1M guaranteed tournament on "americas cardroom", "BetDSI", "TruePoker", "BetcrisPoker", "YaPoker" and "BlackchipPoker".

Well let´s wait and see where this is going some people say they are the new" poker minds " but no one really knows
In my case no worries I like to play there just when there nothing else to play ,have a small bankroll that is almost impossible to cash out but no deposit so far just wait and see

Since the tournament is in a network as you are saying then, there is the chane that no one from duck poker has signed up for it If they have low qualifiers though it would be good hitting some for a ticket. Being in such a tournament even the small win is big

for fcuk sakes leave the poor duck alone... so they put up a $1mil gtd tourney in the site where no one has more than $100 in their account (well ok maybe a few mobbits have just over that) whats the big deal- everyone wants to see their shady operations to show some profit- it's time for duck to see an influx of depositing players who once deposit gonna be locked into fair 5000x play-through requirements and can leave happy afterwards... ok maybe a 50% cashout fee as well just in case.

Usually players from Duck poker are complaining about freeroll winnings not being paid out so it seems a big jump to joining a network offering million dollar tournaments. Lets hope Duck poker have not started to run before they can waddle.

Like i said before, this room, have strange strategies to operate, and do this is more strange, and for what i saw in post above, they put and they close, and there are some players register, but maybe 1 or 2% is from duckpoker original, and the rest is from the new network that they join, but like some mobsters said, is wait and see what happens in the next days or weeks or maybe months, and maybe they are doing this to atract new players and get credible for the comunnity of poker, i dont know. For me if they not change ther policys of tournaments and cahsouts/deposits, maybe i will never back there.

I've made enough on Duck to play that 1M guaranteed tournament but it would be almost my whole bankroll I cashed out most of it I only have a bit over 200 USD ATM. Never paid any cashout fee and cashouts are fast once you've verified your ID. If you're a depositing player you won't have any point requirements to meet for cashout unless you win a lot in freerolls... Just cause some angry people who lost their NDB gave bad reviews doesn't mean it's all bad. Their servers are in Kahnawake (indian reserve here in Quebec) like most (or all) poker rooms. But the site is from Cyprus. Not sure why they all put their servers in indian reserves, I guess the gambling laws are different there?
Yeah Pinotte the playground is pretty nice. I'd rather go there than play at the ca sino. I also played some live freerolls (with 20$ rebuys) at Stardust when they opened. I liked both places.
I see it costs atleast 30k a year just to pay the rent to the Kahnawake gaming commission. I don't think Duck's owners are as poor as you guys think they are
Jeffaboy: Of course the money from the prizepool isn't Duck's. It's their new partner's tournament. Obviously they want more people to register so they can lose less money thats probably why they partnered with Duck poker in the first place.

Listen pokerstars and full tilt are running BRM freerolls and they dont ask any rake or points if you win the money its yours and you can do wathever you want with it.
Duck ask you to pay in rake the same amount than you won in BRM freeroll.
My points is if you cant pay the freerolls than dont do it simple as that.
To me just that is telling me they dont have that much money.
