I just read an interesting newspaper story from the London Evening Standard......The Ritz casino which is probably one of the most exclusive casinos in the world is currently pursuing payments from 10 wealthy clients who have run up massive gambling debts. The story I found amusing was they took a check from a billionaire for £5,000,000 after he had a losing gambling spree and surprise, surprise, the check bounced. link http://www.standard.co.uk/news/crime/ritz-casino-sues-h...

Shows how much a few high rollers can influence the result of a casino. To lose 5 million bucks the normal stakes players have to bet a lot of money over a long time frame. But they will get no credit from the casino.

In the case of the guy with the 5 million bounced check,it is said that the casino did get the money eventually but we see that quite often where very rich people like make people wait for their money. Sounds like the people who do the credit scoring for this casino need to start being a lot more strict.

I guess they don't want to lose the business of such a customer, and are more relaxed at giving out credit to him, as they should be. Time for the legal department to step in and earn their pay.

Like they wouldnt get their money. It is funny though the treatment they give you depending on who you are and how much money you owe What would have happened, if you were a nobody with a credit of 1k for example. Would have sued you, or... lol
