It may be a bit early, but maybe something went wrong. I was awaiting payment for about 6 days, then I got approved yesterday, and in an email I got it said, the money should be there or within a couple hours. Anyway, a day later it still isn't there. Other then that, I like this site and the promotions.
Don't worry, you will get your free bankroll for sure. There were no problems with my bankroll and other peoples bankrolls. But i have to say that 6 days are a lot... I was waiting like 48h to get the cash. Maybe the payments office were off these days or something... I don't know...

It was approved on Tuesday, subtract weekend and its 4 days. Wait a little longer and if it does not show after 2 days contact support. I got all of my bankrolls without any problems.

I don't get it, I have contacted customer support two times, send an email, with no reply after three days... Even made a forum thread and yet nobody here seems the need to help me with my problem.. action poker admin or brm admin anywhere ?
This site looked really promising, goood layout, customer support, reasonable affiliate system etc. etc. but they don't like paying out their said promotions. My status was reviewed and approved, got a dozen commercial emails from action poker and yet no promotion bonus, gg.

Contact our support again on monday and refer them to this thread. I suppose either your request will have to be re-processed or maybe something went wrong in the payment process.

Mate, things can always go wrong when manual human intervention is involved (i am sure this is reflected in most of our own gameplay when we make silly mistakes). Just contact admin on livesupport and they will sort you out. I got my bonus within 24 hours so it is NOT that they do not pay out, because myself and 99.9% of others have got theres very quickly, you are just unlucky to be the one that didnt.
