Well for the 1st time in ages i gave this one a go, i usually miss it because i forget that it's on or i'm not playing on stars that night Anyway last night i was in and i did quite well,i actually reached the FT i eventually finished 5 / 6105 for $44 Boy was it a marathon or what, over 7 hours to finish ( for me anyway ) just as well i was playing elsewhere or i would have ran out of patience though it was a nice little boost to my stars br and i'm happy with that.

Great result teddy! damn what a battle 6.1k contestants and you finished 5th , shame its only a freeroll and not like a 10$ buy in or something but hell man great job!

Congratulations on your win. A very good prize. Well done staying focused all this time too I would have given up the game probably way long before than 7 hours. At some point i get really bored, a couple of crazy moves and im out

Congratulations mate. Reaching the final table with around 7.000 is really quite an achievement. But it is right, that it takes a lot of time. I have never come that far, but when I am playing it usually takes three hours to reach the bubble.

Did you play the weekly round 2 final on saturday afternoon, which was no limit holdem, or the one on sunday evening? This tournament was limit stud. If you indeed did play the sud then I would rate your good finish even higher!

I am study all week stud hi and mis the game lol,but i learn something.Very interesting and difficult game.I think i win once on sunday,play omaha hi..

I also do not like stud hi as well as most of the other stud variation. I do know the rules and sometimes play the weekly round two qualifiers, but somehow it is just not my game. From my point of view Omaha, especially hi lo is way more fun!
Congrats teddy, nice prize for your troubles! Usually when I have ticket they don't have a kind of game on that weekend which I like to play and when they have it I forget that I have the tickets to register.

congrats man , that is a hard tournament to make a final table that is a big achievement and very nice prize for a freeroll the best i did in those i think was 2.20$ .. i used to play every week , one in Saturday and the other in Sunday but now i rarely have the time to play those satellites .. stud is called by many the most skill-needed game in poker so that is great that you made this run in a stud tournament

I think it is easier winning a game in omaha than stud. That of course comes from the results i had so far in these two games With a little bit more gamble and luck, it is even easier winning an omaha h/l game in a tournament.

I can really understand well your troubles, because I am having the same problems in the sundays weekly round 2 (saturdays is alway no limit holdem). When I have time to play there is always badugi or 2-7, which I hate!

Yeah, tell me about it. I could wait ages for Omaha or Omaha Hi/Lo WR2 and even register but sometimes I forget I supposed to play or I am not even at home in time of the tournies.
