Why nobody wants to help what happens with Duck poker.Whether there is any institution that could help due to fraud, which is evident from Duck poker. Please anybody to help me.
I only had problems on this site when it came to cash out it took Duck 2 weeks to process the cash out after the Leader ended got the cash finally with some unexpected fees and closed the account i never had any problems with cashing out on bigger sites quick and easy hopefully Bankroll Mob will help to resolve the issue

it would be nice if BRM could get in contact with duck poker since we all came to the site because of the free 5 $. i had to play a huge amount of points before being able to withdraw. now my cashout is on pending for like a month and nothing happens. they are not sending me email to ask for identity proof, neither do they answer my emails. it took me quite a while to get those points and this is just a fraud. i hope u guys can do something here.
I have near 100 Euro there, but since there is no cash games running, and I didn't met the requirements from article 5.2 I think I don't actually have them. Most reviews here said they are fraud.

When I played there a year ago I was able to meet the point requirements and withdraw several times. Played tons of small SnGs to generate rake/points. But the delays were often long, and the support was slow and felt amateurish.
I didn't feel safe having time invested there with a support that barely ever answers, so I withdrew bankrolls pretty fast everytime I had a decent amount. But in the end I got paid.

Had you been deposit there ? Are they give suggestion how to withdraw sooner ? deposit maybe ? Is depositor have to reach certain amount of points ? please let me know, cause I am serious intent to build bankroll there since I couldn't play on PP, PS, 888. Fulltilt to harn for me.

According to Duck Poker, you haven't sent them the required ID documents nor accumulated enough points to make a withdrawal. The biggest chunk of points (100) is required to clear your no deposit bonus - the remaining 60 points are for the money you won in freerolls.
Like it or not, it's up to DuckPoker to decide cash out restrictions on their own No Deposit bankrolls etc.

i have one withdrawal a year ago. now i have 163 euro freeroll money but always no players in cash. rarely see 2, 3 or 4 players in cash 0.1/0.2 eurocents. and few tiny tourneys. duck poker have a bad strategy. if this strategy will not change duck poker will lose. in this moment duck poker he does not know to attract players

hello and thanks for you engagement. i now did send them the documents for id proof. they told me i have to make 412 points in total, thats 132 more for me. its almost imposible since there is no traffic.

According to DP, your account is not tracked to us but another site (affiliate). So, unfortunately, I won't be able to assist you.

so i finally got payed by quack. i was for sure that the site is a scam but after sending my documents and meeting the ridic point requirement they have for freerolls, my money was in my neteller account after about 1 week.

what's tourney do you play to get PP ? just cash game ? I just saw 3 s n g micro to get PP. They said tourney with black letter will get PP, but I don't get it when I played the tourney. Please let me know. Thanks.
