The RealTimeGaming sites have always been notorious about scamming their customers.
They even go so far as to issue bonus deposit coupons with ZERO as the allowable cash out.

The only one that is known to be trustworthy is iNetBet.

If you are having serious issues with a legitimate cashout, you may want to go to the sites 'CasinoMaster' or 'GamTrak'

The people behind those sites have excellent relationships with the RTG sites and can usually help find an amicable solution.

I haven't received anything yet, but it won't be exactly 10 days until about 20:00 GMT.
So I will wait until tomorrow and then give them a ring.

It said on the coupon max cashout $300, so hopefully I will get paid.

And, if it gets processed today it should be in my neteller account by monday (hopefully).

You can contact CS at the casino. And you should make a complaint at casinomeister. They have a special section for those problems over there.

It says in the Ts&Cs at casinomeister that "in order to make a compaint you must have genuinely put your own money at risk"

I didn't, it was a no-deposit bonus (although I have paid international call rates to the USA trying to contact POC).

So, unless i can contact POC, then I am screwed.
