I was just wondering, sorry I am a bit skeptic, been cheated a lot of times on the internet If I post 10 posts I get 100 mob points, and thats 1 dollar, and I can just move those money to my poker account and no strings attached ? no words written with small letters ?

Basically, you're right. But the Mob Points system was primarily designed for affiliates, so you can refer players etc. Getting points for posting is just a bonus feature, one that we might change if it turns out that people tends to spam alot just to get points.
And minimum cashout is 5000 points ($50), so you can't cashout just $1
