I have a question if someone can help me it is the Party Poker I installed an application for a mobile phone but can not log in enrolled user name and pasword tells me that I have a mistake , whether you need to enter ID number or to re- register by phone I have already account at Party Poker

hey there brat,

never re-register, you better contact the customer service, at partypoker they are quiet good in helping you quickly.

You maybe have made a small mistake you didn't notice, but we can't tell from up here.

Do you also play the brm freeroll? if so, what is your nick name, you can also register to the PP leaderboard in case you didn't know about that yet!

if is a new acount you must be verify for that you can login

If you try to register again, you will just mess things up.
It is either a software problem or something you are doing wrong Smile

Better try to contact their support. They will guide you.

Check to see if you have any "autocorrect spelling" enabled that messes up your entry.

Thank you for your advice I'll try something again , I know I 'm wrong because I 'm the same user name and nick name , I'll have to try something else , or to contact the customer service , the application for Android applications may not work
